In response to your said statement, "I would award them to specific people but I'm afraid that maybe some of those people wouldn't want the award". I think anyone who is awarded something would love the award. I know I would and I know a few other bloggers who love receiving awards! I know what you mean, though. At first I didn't want to give any away to someone because I didn't want them to think I was silly because they don't like that award, but then I just learned not to care. So, don't be shy about giving certain people awards. For me, when someone awards someone else (I've never been awarded) that makes me feel like that person is so sweet and they care enough to hand the award out. So go ahead and don't be shy!
